Due to the nature of our products, which are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or returns. Please ensure you have read the product details. If you have any questions before purchasing, please do not hesitate to ask.

Refund

In the case where you have purchased by mistake, please contact us before downloading it and we will happily refund you. Once the file has been downloaded we cannot offer a refund. (In this case, a refund can only be issued after 3 days of purchase)

Damages and issues

Please check and inspect your digital products/templates after purchase. If there are errors or you have received the wrong product, contact us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
