How do I get my downloads?

Your downloads become available immediately after payment goes through. You will receive a download link on your screen and an email with a link to download your template(s).

Will I receive a physical product?

No. All items listed in the shop are digital files only. All files will be in PDF format. Files will be available to download and print immediately upon purchase. For Editable templates, you will receive a PDF with a link to edit your template.

How do I print the my files?

You can print your digital downloads in whatever way you prefer, including:

- using your home printer
- printing at a copy shop such as UPS or FedEx
- using an online printer
- printing through a photo lab

What kind of paper should I use for the printables?

This will depend on the file: for invitations and games, cardstock is usually best, but for activity sheets, coloring etc. you may use regular printing paper.

Please do a test print before printing large quantity to see what paper works best.

How will I receive my files?

Downloads come in a ZIP folder. In some cases where the files are too large, you will receive a link to Google Drive where you will download your files.

Can I edit, modify, or distribute the designs?

No, all files are for your personal use. Commercial usage is not allowed.

When can I expect a response when I send you a message?

I try my very best to respond to all messages within 24 hours. Usually less.
